Racquet Sports at Hop Meadow Country Club

Hop Meadow’s racquet sports program is led by our professional Racquets Director and a dedicated assistant staff. We offer a full schedule of instruction, clinics, mixers, socials, and league play for all ages and skill levels.

Facilities
Our racquet facilities include:

Five Har‑Tru tennis courts
Four pickleball courts
Two heated, lighted paddle tennis courts
Tennis Pro Shop located courtside
Newly built Paddle Hut featuring a comfortable lounge and two outdoor firepits—an ideal gathering spot for post‑match fun on cooler nights

Paddle Tennis

Athletic and cold‑weather attire is permitted during paddle season. Appropriate options include:

Exercise pants
Fleece layers
Vests
Turtlenecks

Sneakers must be worn on the courts at all times.
During warmer months, full tennis/pickleball attire is required on the paddle courts.
Bringing a Guest?
Members are welcome to bring guests to participate in racquets activities.
Guest Policy:

$15 guest fee per visit
The same guest may play up to 2 times per month
Please ensure your guest follows the dress code
Notify Ron with your guest’s full name before play

Paddle at Hop Meadow Country Club
Hop Meadow proudly offers one of the region’s most impressive paddle tennis facilities. Our paddle complex features:

Two new lighted courts
A state‑of‑the‑art Paddle Hut with:
- Two exterior firepits
- Two 65” smart TVs
- Two beverage refrigerators
- Restroom
- Comfortable indoor seating and social space

Since launching in Fall 2025, our paddle program has grown rapidly and now includes activities for all levels—from new players to competitive league athletes. Members enjoy a full calendar of clinics, organized play, socials, and championship events throughout the fall and winter season.

The Hop Meadow Racquets Pro Shop provides members with a convenient, welcoming space for all tennis, pickleball, and paddle needs. We offer:

Demo Equipment: Tennis, pickleball, and paddle racquets/paddles
Balls & Accessories: Always available for purchase
Stringing Service: Off‑site professional racquet stringing with quick turnaround
Beverages: Mini fridge with fresh drinks
Water & Ice Machine for players
Towels provided for use during play
Event Information: Staff‑posted sign‑ups, calendars, and announcements
