A gentle reminder about pool parties and guests.
Since our pool season is very short and we want all our members with privileges to have access to our pool when they choose to, Hop Meadow does not allow/host private parties at the pool.
The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is no more than ten (10) guests per membership, this includes non-swimmers that are in the pool area. It is the responsibility of the members to sign-in all guests upon arriving at the pool.
If you would like to make arrangements for a celebration hosted in a space in the Clubhouse, please reach out to Ryan Coon, our events coordinator here at Hop.
[email protected]
Please remember that no outside food or beverages is allowed at Hop, pool included. All charges incurred will be billed to the host member’s account.
Please be sure to wear a shirt or cover up and shoes when coming up to the patio from the pool. No pool attire is allowed in the Clubhouse, Patio, Pavilion, or any other area outside of the pool. We offer changing rooms and restrooms at the pool for your convenience.
